Delivery Info
Standard delivery and free shipping orders will be dispatched either the same working day or the next working day. All orders with express delivery will be dispatched the same day if placed before the 2pm cut-off time.
Please note that same-day dispatch is not always possible during busy periods or the early days of a sale or promotion.
In a small minority of cases, your parcel may not arrive in the published timescales for reasons beyond our control. We always do our utmost to escalate and resolve these cases quickly on your behalf.
We are unable to re-send items that are in transit. Undelivered items must be received back before we can resend or refund. Lost-in-transit parcels are escalated to our courier partners, and refunds or replacements are processed once the case is closed (usually 15 working days for UK and 30 days for the rest of the world).
Order Cancellation
We are happy to cancel your order for a full refund. Please contact us as soon as possible via the contact us page, clearly stating your order number and your reason(s) for cancellation. This only applies to orders that have not yet been dispatched.
If your order has already been dispatched, you will need to return your order to us within 14 days for a refund, only if the product is brand new and unopened. We cannot accept returns for opened perfumes for hygiene reasons.

Why have I been asked for additional information?
As part of our company policy, we regularly carry out security checks on orders to protect both our customers and our business. All information given to us is kept strictly confidential and will be disposed of once your order has been dispatched. Please note that if you have been asked to provide additional information, we cannot begin to process your order until this information has been received.
Can I change my delivery address?
At the checkout page, we offer the option to select a delivery address different from the billing address. For security reasons, this service is offered at our discretion, and we reserve the right to ship only to the billing address or request proof of address before shipping. Orders placed over the telephone will only be shipped to the billing address, and this service is limited to UK customers.
What happens if I'm not there when delivery is attempted?
Our couriers will leave a failed delivery card with available options or leave your parcel with a neighbor. Unclaimed parcels will eventually return to us. Refunds or exchanges cannot be made until we receive the unclaimed parcel. Refunds will not include the original delivery charge, and re-shipping will incur additional costs.
